In a futuristic 22nd century, Youko, a journalist at Shambhala city's Private Eyes publication, partners with her android companion Pete as they track down the mysterious villain Mr. X. Their pursuit brings them to TechnoLand's Rainbow Tower, where Youko is kidnapped, thrusting Pete into a showdown to rescue her. To foil Mr. X's plans, Pete must engage in a high-stakes battle by dismantling the tower's central computer program, ensuring the criminal's capture.
