When discarded toys of the once-popular character Oban come to life after being struck by lightning, they seek vengeance against humans. Meanwhile, Oban's archenemy, Chūkōnen Kamen, a middle-aged and despondent man who gains strength from devouring cup noodles, also awakens. Teaming up with Shinnosuke, they strive to restore harmony to the world in the aftermath of the toys' rebellion.
