His arrival in the town sparks excitement due to his impressive baseball background. This man, introducing himself as Baka Ki El Dogra, an alien prince from the planet Dogra, explains that Earth has become a sanctuary for numerous extraterrestrial beings. Despite his royal lineage, the prince's reputation precedes him as a mischievous troublemaker known for his whimsical and disruptive behavior. From conducting bizarre experiments on his followers to bestowing strange abilities upon unsuspecting children, the alien prince delights in causing chaos wherever he goes, leaving a trail of absurdity in his wake.
